  • I have used this company many times to replace my windshields but this last time the windshield was not installed correctly and caused a water leak. I contacted the company, explained I had moved out of state for medical reasons, and asked if they could help. Told me I was out of luck. Even with all the business I did with them, King Windshield was not willing to make things right. So disappointed. Update: New company that is installing my windshield has shown me where the rust that formed under the old windshield because of the bad install. Be careful ladies and gents.. rust in this area is dangerous because it is a structural support area for your vehicles... rust equals weakness in the metal. Update: Called the business back because they left a comment stating they wanted to talk about what happened. Left a message and have not heard back. It has been a couple of weeks and I don't expect to hear back.
