  • Customer service was terrible. The salesperson acted arrogant and was of no help. The elliptical that we wanted to purchase, he kept saying how horrible it was and how, of course the one that was double the size and price was better, which I stated I wanted the smaller one for a specific reason. The price was not the issue. He clearly did not care to sell anything. I would never go back there solely due to the poor customer service
