  • Avoid this company at all costs. I had a similar experience to those of you who gave this business one star (since you can't give zero stars). I bought a car detail "deal" through Voice Daily Deals. For my money I got: * a skeptical feeling when I called to schedule an appt and the soonest one was six weeks away, which I booked * an uneasy feeling when I heard nothing from them for six weeks (no confirmation email, no nothing) * a sinking feeling when I received no reminder call the day before my appointment So I called the company at 8:30 the morning of my appointment to REMIND THEM that we had agreed for them to arrive at my house between 12:30 and 2:00 pm that day to perform the detail service. There was no answer. I had to leave a voicemail, and then I got: * a bad feeling when NO ONE called me back * a pissed-off feeling when I called them AGAIN at 1:30. This time "Eddie" answered and said he would check the schedule and call me back in 15 minutes. He never called back. So I called again at 3:30 and complained to Eddie. He said he would see if he could even get someone there at all today and would "call me right back." He never did. And then I got: * a revengeful feeling for being strung along for six weeks, having my calls ignored and unreturned, being captive at home all afternoon, and ultimately being stood-up for my appointment! So I called the deal site, got my money refunded and wrote this Yelp review. Whew! I feel much better now.
