  • I tend to be somewhat of a "sushi snob" so I was completely surprised when I found the best sushi in town in a strip mall (no worries, the interior of Sushiya is sleek and modern). I highly recommend the sashimi...very fresh; large portions. I also LOVE the Tigereye roll...tuna, crab with jalapeno - fabulous! The squid salad is delish too. The owners are very friendly and truly appreciate the patronage. The prices are very good as well (especially at happy hour, i.e. $1.00 edamame, $3.50 california roll).
