| - Worst Sales Process Ever
One of their desperate salespeople just came to my home in Chandler. He reeked of cigarette smoke and executed his desperate sales pitch, and literally insulted me . I explained my decision making process which was "describe your service leave me with some information, let me do my research, give me a business card, and I'll call you back if I have interest". He said he had no business card or contact info, but wanted to come in my house. I of course, said no. He said he wasnt selling me, but wanted to qualify me and didnt even know if I qualified. I though that was preposterous. His high intensity ABC saelling process was front and center...so I paused him, and explained my process for making meaningful decisions....now I know this doesn't align well with the standard sales process that these guys are taught, but this guy basically said that I shouldn't do any research, I wasn't qualified anyway, and while he passively insulted me, he just wouldn't stop selling me anyway...I said, "look we're just not going to work well together, but there a lot of other homes here in the neighborhood, good luck." Honestly -
without sarcasm. He flipped out. Ultimately yelled at me and he told me he was disappointed in my decision making process and demanded the brochure he had left for my wife the day before. Don't buy from these jerks.
