  • While shopping here, my car got hit and run in the parking lot. A good Samaritan took a picture of the culprit's license number and submitted it to home depot employees. BUT HOME DEPOT'S MANAGER WONT GIVE IT TO ME. They wanted me to file a police report, which I did, but Metro PD doesnt care about things like these. No matter how many times I came back for the pic, they just shut me down directed me to claims dept. which was answered by a very rude lady. So rude. Now the insurance wants me to shell out 500$ deductable for a hit and run case. I got screwed basically, for shopping here. They have stupid protocols that basically screwed me over.
