  • I got this flyer in my mailbox and was intrigued at a fusion i've rarely seen. Lebanese Shish-Taouk with Greek Fixins? Most meditarean food is pretty similar but this was mish-mashing the subtle differences together. I've had the Feyrouz Sandwich which is served on Greek Pita (not the small flimsy type other places use). The fact it held up on it's own and that it looked much bigger than others was offset by the odd taste of a sweet-sour sauce that also contains peppers, onions and mushrooms. The lettuce inside was too pronounced and the huge amount started to get hot so every bite started to taste like boiling water. I paid $1 more for that and will get the Athena instead. The potatoes are just enough garlicky, the rice and falafel were pretty good as well. On my last visit, i got the combo plate to-go and could sense that this is gigantic, I found my food scale and it weighed almost a Kilo (968 grams). The best part is the chunks of meat shaved off were pretty large even though there was a bit less seasoning. The location is close to everthing, just off St-Denis and Rosemont/Van Horne.
