  • My heroes. I just spent three horrible days trying to get my heat pump working using Shafer and Sons Co. Bad diagnosis', dishonest owner, costly charges for unneeded parts, and freon, no show for promised repair visits....on and on. I called Honest Air on SUNDAY. Eric came out a couple hours later for their customary $59.95 dianosis charge, waived if repaired by them. Problem was a problem in the thermostat wiring. Had it repaired in notime but checked and rechecked the complete system before leaving. Eric was so professional and friendly. He gave us a complete sense of security and trust in their work. They are now my AC go to folks.
