rev:text	I am REALLY mad at myself for not coming here sooner. I am totally in love with Desiree, she is SOOOO amazing!!!!!! I came here Friday for my first of 6 sessions, and I cannot wait to get back here!!! I was pretty dang brave to start the hair removal process below the belt, especially given that ive never ever had a wax. Not the smartest choice lol, because it did hurt. BUT, they do have a numbing cream/lotion, that I WILL be using next time! It was my choice to try it without, and I found out the hard way, lol. It does take 30 minutes to kick in, so allow the extra time if you choose to use it. Desiree was extremely friendly, informative AND funny. Win win win in my book. Its not every day a stranger is lasering away at your vajayjay. Lol. The whole process took probably 10 minutes, felt a bit like a sun burn the rest of the day, nothing major. She said to put aloe on it, and stay out of the sun. Doable. While I give HER 5 stars, I do have a slight complaint about the scheduling process. When I called to make the appointment, the rep on the phone gave me no information on what to do prior, even after me telling her this was my first time. I actually had to call back with my list of questions, as far as prepping for the process. It would be helpful if they relayed that info, without the customer pulling it out of them. Things such as shaving prior, I wasnt sure if they wanted all hair removed or not. Or if there was any type of downtime after, or any special product to purchase for applying after. Just some suggestions. Overall I am more than pleased with the place, and will be booking more areas to have lasered once I see the results on this area.
