  • Dr. Tumialan is an excellent doctor. I saw him after I broke my back. The issue was with reaching his staff by phone to schedule follow up appointments or get in touch with the doctor following tests. You mostly get a voicemail and often they did not return my call. Customer service at this office gets an "F" from me. I had to find a new spine doctor because of the staff's inefficiency.
