  • Sitting here for about 20 minutes and have seen two employees walk past me and then go off to do anything but help customers. Hopefully someone says hello or can I help you soon..... I guess I will not be getting a phone from ATT today. After 45 minutes I left and will not return. Headed to Verizon after 15 years with the same cell carrier it is time to see what is out there for options.
