  • I just timed out 11 minutes sitting at the speaker and said hello repeatedly.. nothing. But the second speaker was being responded to. There's a SMALL line but 11 minutes and no acknowledgment ? You've got to be kidding me. Worst customer service late at night here EVER!!!!!!!!!!! They're always dicking around too, there's break time for that. None of the cars are moving and the line is small. There's something wrong with the picture.
