Ginger and Onion Cuisine outside of Market Village is one of the old style dim sum with the pushy carts. This place tends to get super busy and the wait time can be over 1 hour easily. You should make reservation during the weekends for sure. Dim sum is not bad and they have some of the older dim sum that not much places have anymore like the classic sponge cake in the steamer I used to eat when I was a little kid and the giant deep fried ball which is amazing.
I been here for dinner a couple times too and it is def cheap. Peking duck combo is so worth it and was good too. Lobster is good as well and the size is decent. You get free soup of the day and dessert like most Chinese restaurant if you get the set-meal. The place is a little dirty for my liken; the chairs are nasty as I wore a white shirt and I leaned back it instantly put a black mark on it. The dishes, spoons, cups and bowls are kind of dirty too so you should inspect it before using them. Pricing is good but do not expect luxury dining at Ginger & Onion Cuisine.
