  • Run, do not walk to any other real estate owners (Olen ). They care for none of their long term tenants, only the new ones and only in the beginning! Everything is old and outdated. Almost impossible to get new anything. They send out their maintenance men dozens of times first. They aren't qualified to do the work they are trying to; which isn't their fault, but that's why they can't get it right so it's a waste of time. Rats. Tons of them! They have traps surrounding the complex but my dog still gets them, gross! They are forgetful and slow. As people, they are nice and seem kind. Corporate is a nightmare. They are from Russia and don't give a rats butt about any tenants. They keep increasing rent because of all the lawsuits against the company. Everything is 15 years old, including appliances which you can only get in white. Carpets don't even get changed after each tenant! The 2 bedroom apartments are getting upgrades as people leave to hardwood floors (fake) but still look way better than the ugly carpet. They are also doing faux granite countertops by way of spray paint! They are just asking a lot of rent for what you get in return. You owe it to yourself to look around and keep looking! You can get a lot more bang for your buck in a rental home or outside of Summerlin 10 minutes toward Centennial. Rent decreases by hundreds and everything is updated like a model version.
