  • I used iStorage for just about a year and have had two cases of theft from my RV. Their security only monitors the gate so thieves have plenty of time to tear apart your camper for the parts they need. If you wish to keep your camper in a safe storage facility I recommend going elsewhere. They will do nothing to reimburse you for the damage caused under their watch. It wasn't until the police report was filed I learned that there was cases of generators being stolen and units being broken into. That sort of information should be relayed to customers in my opinion. They will also raise the rent without any prior notice or reason. They have a dump station that is always a mess and an air station that is usually broken. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this place.
