  • The sales experience started off with an extremely low offer on my trade-in, but after negotiations I did feel that I got a great deal; however, after we drove off the lot, it was like we no longer mattered as customers. We found several issues with the car and went back to complain, but the service department didn't even bother to give us the time of day. We were dismissed and then ultimately outraged that we were made promises only to be greatly let down. Do not recommend this dealership.
