  • Avoid this company and any properties managed by it like the plague. Made the mistake of moving into one of their properties without being able to check it, since I was moving in from out of state in 2006. They have an incredibly rude receptionist named Irma (if she's still working there) ghetto ghetto GHETTO!. Would hang up repeatedly if someone asked for a district manager. Properties managed by this company are often filled with low income tenants... (read, a step above section 8, but not by much...) and every property I saw when they kept offering me different places... was filled with ROACHES, prostitutes, rude management (Specifically looking at Wynn Palms and Summerlin Entrada [Formerly known as Mountain Springs, but changed name due to horrid reputation]). Management does not care about residents at all. Pools and spas on any property run by this company are often shut down by the health department. Dirty dirty dirty groundskeeping, maintenance that refuses to fix anything. I'm not sure why this company hasn't been run out of Nevada, with all the crap they do... the city is not really willing to do anything against them either. Avoid at all costs.
