  • I had a horrible tooth pain and I was a new patient just moved from IL and they got me in the next day!!! at 9am. I got there at 7:30am because I was in so much pain and they said don't worry about it we will get you in soon. sure enough 5 minutes later I was in. While getting the work do dr hoopes which her and her staff have great bedside manner if that's what you want to call it. they were friendly and polite and attending to my needs professionally. After treatment was over I was experiencing pain but not from there doing, just because I had a really bad infection and I was able to contact the dentist after hours with their emergency line, it was very quick and I was also prescribed a different antibiotic over the phone that was called in with in an hour after talking with her. GREAT FIRST IMPRESSION!!!!!!!!!
