| - Don't get me wrong, I love this place along with many of Chef Mina's other restaurants.
The five of us did the tasting menu, with premium wine pairings.
The food was phenomenal as always, but perhaps I have just had the same dishes too many times? I was sort of hoping for something different perhaps?
Service was (and always is) fantastic, with at table presentation perfect for each course.
As usual, same signatûre dishes on tasting - lobster pot pie, ahi tuna sashimi among them.
Big platter of desserts, again with theusual suspects - root beer float and warm cookiies among them.
I loved the option of the premium wine pairings and the sommelier does a great job matching and is very knowledagble.
Sometimes our wine came long before the food, and with a larger course such as the lobster pot pie, by the time it arrived, our wine was finished (they did offer a refill of sorts, so cant really complain!)
It is a bit expensive here, especially when you do the up charge for the osetra for the app (I think it is $100 pp).
