  • Absolutely horrible service. Emailed no response. Called left voicemail, never received any call back. I just keep trying and finally get hold of someone. I simply asked recommendation for list of the landscaping services since HOA sent us the letter for fine. Not sure what plants we need to maintain since it's a desert. My father owns a properly and have been taken care of it, but it is still not up to their "Standard". So all we want is willing to pay to make sure it matches to their "standard". The person answer the phone rudly answer, "we don't do that!" I asked for recommendation list so we can reach out to. She goes "NO, we don't give recommendations". It's the mannerism that really upsets me. What kind of management service is this besides collecting money without provide any helpful information or service. HORRIBLE management team and company!!!! Now I see why they only have 1 star reviews!!! I hope the owner will see this and get it fixed, otherwise, good luck when you go on bankruptcy!!!
