The worse customer service/experience Verizon store I've been in. I been to this store on two occasions neither was pleasant nor did I feel like a valued customer and felt like a bother to the representatives/manager. I asked for the district managers contact, left a message and never did I get a call back ( basically no acknowledgment or accountability ) I use brag about how Verizon was the BEST and didn't mind paying more verse other competitors that are cheaper. When the consumer doesn't care about their customers and it shows was the experience I got here twice and will NEVER be back.
