  • I've been a repeat customer and I think the ONLY reason for that is because they don't charge as much as other places for gel. When you walk in , you don't always get greeted . I stand around and just wait... Wait for somebody to say hello so I could just ask how long the wait will be until I can get my service I came for. They Always say 10-15 minutes , and I always end up waiting 45minutes to a hour. I wish they would just say it would take about an hour , when they know they have ten customers and only three people working. I can't stand to wait, and I have seen other customers walk out just like today, a lady who was getting a pedicure , who was sitting in the chair and wasn't even done walked out she's was so upset, she said I have been here since 12:30 ( it was 2:00 pm) and she paid for what she didn't even receive and walked out. I myself after waiting 30 minutes in a chair ended up getting up and walking out. The prices are cheap but their service is poor.
