I had called in yesterday to use the service and the lady said they will be here by late afternoon like 330pm. The cleaner called me to tell me he was going to be late but it was about half an hour late and I had to be somewhere so I told her that I would like to cancel my appointment and reschedule for another day. I believe it was Anna that I was speaking too and she was extremely rude and interrupting me when I was talking. She told me "let me find out where they are" and kept insisting. I told her its ok ill reschedule i have to be somewhere else and I'm going to be running late. She called me back saying that the cleaners are five-ten minutes away but I told her I would like to reschedule. She said that "You can't just order and then cancel like that" and told me "to reschedule when I'm actually 100% sure that I want them to come" I found this very rude as I am a new customer and POTENTIALLY a regular customer. I told her she cannot speak to customers like this. Also the cleaner called me back even after i told her i am cancelling to confirm with me and was very casual about it.
I am not happy with the customer service and would be iffy to even give them a try for the future!
VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
