  • My gums have been receding for years and I have never had a dentist refer me to a periodontist, so I thought that this was something that was only going to get worse. Fortunately, I decided to check on some options. It's been nearly two weeks since Dr. Malek completed my gum graft. Went in for a weekly post check-up last Friday and everything is healing up nicely! I was initially impressed with the consultation because everyone on Dr. Malek's team, including herself, are extremely friendly, happy and professional. Just the kind of team you can put your trust in. The day of the surgery I was even more impressed in how gentle she was and how she talked me through the procedure. I had a high level of anxiety going in, but they made me at ease. Everything was as pain free as possible, just the way I like it. I was absolutely amazed in how much it didn't hurt and how quickly the roof of my mouth and gum healed up. Would highly recommend Dr. Tannaz Malek and her team to anyone!
