  • Do NOT ever rent here. The complex is very pretty but the leasing office is full of incompetent, unethical, rude employees. They gave me prorated rent then half way through my lease told me I had run out of "prorated money". After dealing with that, the next month they tried to charge me more again for the second time. When I called in one of the employees told be she didn't believe that I had resolved the issue and that I was still to be given the prorated amount. I had never been so insulted in my life, until I had moved out. I had already been out of the residence for three weeks when I was sent an email saying my rent was late. They had snuck into my lease that I needed to give 60 day notice rather than 30. They also said nothing to me when I returned my keys and asked if there was anything else I needed to do. I had to pay an extra month of rent because of their shady moves. I have three separate friends that live in this complex as well. Every single one of them has had issues. One of my friends had an experience where the gate malfunction and closed on his car completely denting both sides. The employee told him it's in their insurance that It wasn't their problem and threw a card at him to reach out to maintenance on Monday... It was Friday. Apparently she thought that leaving his car wedged between the gates all weekend was okay. They also don't clean up the complex so there was many times that dog shit was all over the place. I understand that this is the responsibility of the owners, but if there is garbage around the grounds I would think that they would take some pride in the landscape and take care of It. Please save yourself the trouble and rent at one of the many complex around this one instead. I have friends at all the ones surrounding and have never heard a single complaint.
