  • I would give them a star rating higher than 5 if there was one. I've been with Progressive for almost 3 years now and i have nothing but high praises. My place was somewhat scorpion-infested when i moved in. I assumed the previous owners didn't bother having anything done with bugs/critters/insects. I was literally smashing an average of 3 to 5 adult/mature 3 inch bark scorpions a week! After getting stung twice (once while i was asleep), I yelped and called 4 different companies and settled with Progressive. John, the technician assigned to me from day one, is always prompt, friendly and most importantly, very trustworthy. I've met and spoken with the owner, Farrah and her son, Bobby, on very few occasions when they would come and do the treatment whenever John was not available. The office always ensures to call or leave a message a day prior to John showing up. I am fully aware I can never ever totally get rid of them damn scorpions especially in summer but at least now I don't see them every week, or every month. Am free from all the insects/critters/spiders/roaches. My assumption is, sad to say, that they all crawled over the fence and re-settled next door.
