If you like to live in a place where management is a JOKE, and like being yelled my some random people (management) when you have concerns, and Love to give away extra money, go to Phillips!
They enjoy snatching money from you forcefully!
The front office people are extremely rude and manipulative. We spoke to two people there - Vanessa and Julie (their manager). We were asked to sign on an agreement even without finalizing on the apartment. They portrayed that the apartments are in huge demand and hence, we might loose it if don't end up paying the admin fees & Security deposit. We ended up signing the application fee in the hope that we would get the desired apartment. Things reversed after we paid.
Employees started treating us very rudely. Later we decided not to move to Phillips. Even without finalizing on the apartment and date, vanessa sent us an lease document and asked us to sign it. When we called up and asked as how they decided on the apartment and start date, they LITERALLY started YELLING over the phone. This is the worse customer service ever! I mean, who are you to yell at me? haven't i paid the money?
Now, they are going to hold to administrative fees and security deposit. I don't get this. Holding on to Administrative fees makes sense. But why would you hold on to Security deposit? I didn't damage your property, nor did i forfeit a lease agreement.
These people are there to snatch your money. It's not worth even talking to these people!
