  • These people are fantastic. Erica was my service advisor and she never once failed me as a customer. She kept me apprised of status of my car every single day. I had a second car so there was no need for me to stress out about when I was getting my car back I just wanted it to be right. And it was right. It was 100% perfect just the way it was before the accident and I couldn't be more grateful to New look collision for the amazing staff and professionalism. Erica is an extremely busy lady with all that she has going on taking care of all these clients but she handles it with grace and takes care of every single person as though they're the only person with a wrecked car. Workmanship was second to none. I would highly recommend this place to any of the unfortunate people in the Las Vegas Valley who have had damage done to their car by any means.
