They will drive you to and from the airport and if you are a gold member, they are supposed to drop the car at the airport for you if you arrive after closing time. I called the day before my flight and was told the car would be there. I called the day of my flight at 2:30 in the afternoon and was told the car would be there. I arrived at 6:30pm as planned and there was no car. The office was closed so nobody answered the phone. Corporate office said the reservation was noted that "because he has not rented from us before, we could not drop off a car." GREAT. I confirmed TWICE. There was no message that they called to tell me about this while I was on the plane. There was no email indicating there would be a problem. Told me twice the car would be there, and I was stranded at the airport without a car when we arrived. Use Enterprise. There were 4 of their cars waiting for reservations.
