  • From the first call to the installation of the thermostats this company is top notch. Got estimates from 3 companies and I would have gone with this company just based on customer service even if the price was equal to the other quotes . However, the quote came in THOUSANDS of dollars less than the others and for BETTER, more efficient units. We needed to replace two and the office worked financing miracles. The owner himself stopped by the night before the install to make sure everything was in place and two new units were delivered and installed the next day. It was a long, hot, humid install but I certainly appreciate it! Service team came back to install better thermostats and clean out the vents. We're still waiting for the drywall repair, but that's a contracted service and apparently he's super busy right now. The company is transitioning to a new name: 1-800-COOLING Highly recommended!
