  • My feet have hurt all the time no matter what shoes I tried, and I have tried a lot of shoes. Walking was painful, but my feet ached walking or not. I went into the store to get a new pair or walking shoes, just hoping to find something that would help even a little bit.I explained my issues and needs, and the staff went right to work on me. I was measured, tested on a machine for orthotics, and the saleslady helping me went back and came back with a pair of sneakers that was a PERFECT fit. First try. She was very patient and spent a lot of time with me getting a set of orthotics and she also found a pair of street shoes for me that I liked. She fitted me with a pair of off the shelf orthotics and recommended I try them for a few weeks, rather than selling me a custom set - at several times the cost. The store owner was also there and he recommended a pair of shoes to wear at the house, and gave me additional tips to help my feet stop hurting. I can't tell you the difference these shoes and their advice have made in under a week! Thanks to this store, my feet feel better than they have in years. I actually hiked a few miles in the woods this weekend and my feet didn't hurt at all. If you are in the market for orthotics or a good pair of shoes and want helpful, knowledgeable, and professional service, I recommend Custom Footworks highly.
