I called to check on the status of the warranty on my car battery. I was helped over the phone by Tom Goodfellow. He was professional, thorough and super helpful. He collected all my info on the phone and when I drove in a short time later, he came out to the service drive, greeted me by name and had my car in service in less than 5 minutes.
From there, he personally walked me to the lounge where there was coffee, water, pastries and a super clean and modern waiting area.
Very impressed by Tom and Chapman Ford!
