  • Terrible reviews for good reason. Needed a new battery, took my car in. They wanted to charge me 400 for a new one. This is for a Ford Explorer, not a Rolls Royce. After telling them they they're crazy for trying to charge that much for a battery and I'd just do it myself, suddenly they were able to drop over 150 dollars from the price. Tells me they were obviously just price gouging as much as they could. Customer service was also miserable. If they're going to F you, the least they can do is be polite and look you in the eye.
