| - I called AHWA because I stopped getting cold air out of my A/C. YUK! The person who answered the phone was very nice and easy to talk with. She made an appointment for me at a time that fit my schedule. As promised, Stan (the super cool tech) called me on the day of my appointment to coordinate exactly when he would appear. Stan arrived at my home as promised. Stan was knowledgeable and also easy to talk with. Stan immediately found the problem: "someone" had disconnected my unit for me (Gee, thanks?). Stan quickly and expertly put everything back together and, once again, I have cold air. Stan was impressive because he could have taken advantage of me and said my problem was more complicated than hooking my unit up and then up-charged me for things that I did not need. I am forever impressed when I find HONEST people and HONEST companies! Stan and AHWA are HONEST and professional. Thank you Yelp reviewers for pointing me in their direction. WOW! By the way, Stan stayed as long as it took to answer all of my air conditioning questions, including some questions about in-door operation efficiency. Stan is all about CUSTOMER SERVICE. I definitely felt like he cared about me and wanted to do whatever it took to provide the best possible service. Even more impressive: Stan did not ask me to write a YELP review. After this awesome experience, I wanted to share another positive story to the many, many positive reviews that are already written here. AHWA is for real. When you need repairs, a new unit, etc, this is the company to call!
