| - It takes a lot of plants to complete a front yard makeover and this is one of the nurseries we like to come to for ideas and to see plants in various growth stages and to check out prices for the different sizes. (One of the things I noticed about this location is that their advertised sale prices weren't listed on the wooden stakes, as they were at the Cheyenne location, but the sale prices do ring up correctly. We found their sale prices to be attractive and competitive.)
Now that it's springtime, it's best to plan your visit. If you want to browse to gather ideas, then any time works. But if you are actually shopping, especially during a weekend, plan to be at the nursery early! Otherwise, all those push-and-pull landscape carts create a bit of traffic gridlock.
We're fairly independent shoppers and didn't need any planting advice at this time, but there is a specialist available. The yard techs kept bringing out fresh pots of plants and the cashiers are friendly and quick. In addition, one of the things we delighted in was that this location had a little hummingbird who came to greet us, evaluate, and approve of our purchase. You'll have to look closely at the photos to see her.
