This is regarding customer service. Just received a Shutterfly marketer call from a woman saying they'd sent an email about an offer and were now calling.
I said: "We got the email. You don't need to follow up."
Her response - a snotty and indignant: "Fine! Have a better day."
Hey, Shutterfly - I'll have a better day if you don't serve up attitude because I'm not excited about your calling. At the least, how about ending the call with: "Thank you. Just checking. Please contact us if we can be of help."
