  • I'm giving them 5-stars because they were the best car purchase experience I've ever had. That being said, buying a car is never a good experience but I actually still recommend them to my friends a couple years later and after we traded off the car we bought from them for a newer one. I can't remember our salesman's name but he was great, even filled up the gas tank of the car we bought for us out of his own pocket. I've purchased around 8-10 cars and this was the best, we were trading in a pretty new car for an older used SUV, trade-in value was fair, purchase price was fair and a few minor fixes that were needed as part of our agreement were taken care of promptly and they even drove me to my house in North Scottsdale because they were going to take longer than expected so they didn't want me to have to wait. When the service was done, they drove my car to me, the service manager even came to drop it off, above and beyond on this one. On top of that, the FASTEST I have ever gone into and out of the finance department once we agreed on the sale. Overall, best experience I've had so they deserve 5 stars and my recommendation.
