  • I interviewed over 8 property managers before choosing Family Property Manager (FPM). I had my share of bad property managers before, so this time I decided to do a more thorough job of finding the right property manager. I reviewed every contract and did the complete side by side comparison. I made the decision to work with Family Property Manager; I couldn't be happier!!! Eric and the team made the transfer of the property to FPM seamless and smooth. They were on top of all communications from day one and were extremely responsive to all my questions and concerns. My property was vacant in November but FPM found a new tenant in less than 2 weeks so the property was occupied before Thanksgiving which I thought would be impossible. While the new tenant was moving in, we had some maintenance issues but FPM was on top of them. FPM was always there to communicate and take care the issues right away. The key things about Family Property Manager is that Eric and the team (Mikhail) are very professional, extremely detail oriented, handle crisis situations quickly and are great communicators. If you are looking to make changes or need a new property manager, you can do what I did and interview many property managers or do the short cut and hire Eric (FPM). You will be happy that you did! I'm an out of state property owner and I really trust FPM to manage my property in Las Vegas!
