| - I went here the other day on a Wednesday evening, know they closed at 7:30. I was able to get there about 6:40 and came for their basic mani pedi, they call it "classic". Which is reasonable priced when doing two together, would have been 38 I think. There were a few people a head of me but it felt like I waited FOREVER. So def make an appt. I only went here bc I planned to go to midtown target after and it's super close, normally I go to a place on Selwyn but they closed at 7. ANYWAYS, once my pedi started it was going okay..I had a younger male who wasn't wearing a name tag and didn't speak much English. Fine no probs...until a gnat landed in my wine (there were several gnats flying around actually) so I tried to explain to the guy that if possible I would like another glass of wine bc there was a bug in mine. He was so confused, blessed his heart. But then he reached out to another lady beside him and they just laughed and then asked me what was going on. So I explain again. He then left to get me more wine. Came back with a full glass and guess what. THW GNAT WAS STILL IN THERE. so no he didn't get me a new glass or even dump out the old, he just refilled. Problem solved, NOT! I just didn't drink it, obviously not gonna ask again. So tried to remain clam but by then I was getting heated. My massage wasn't even one minute for both feet together. And their massage chairs sucked, by far the worst or I had their worse chair. When they filled my water in the beginning it made weird noises etc. so at the end of the pedi, mean less to say, I didn't get the mani. By the way, your not able to get them at the same time - it's one and then the other. Wasn't about to waste more money there. My paint job was alright but everything else was TERRIBLE. I wouldn't waste your money or time here ladies! I def won't be going back, no second chances here.
