  • There are plenty of things that can kill a deal when buying a new home - inspection surprises, change of heart, etc. Jeremy and the rest of his team are there to give you comfort that you won't be disappointed in any way from the mortgage side of things on your transaction. The thing that sets the House team apart from others is the way they communicate with not just you, but your agent as well. They don't just give you frequent updates where you are in the process, but they also give you a look ahead by detailing what's next for every step of the way.
