| - I unfortunately locked myself out of my car and of all the things the key was in the ignition and engine was left running. As so many people suggest, I called pop-a-lock to get great speedy service at a reasonable price.... I got neither.
The dispatcher told me the driver would be there in 20-30min, I was happy to hear that since I could still get to work as being tardy if I'm 2 hours late and not absent if I'm more than 2 hours late. After an hour went by I tried calling the dispatchers back. They told me they would get the driver to call me and tell me where they were, 20min go by and nothing...
So I tried calling the dispatchers again, they said the same thing, "We'll get the driver to call you". Somebody did actually call me this time but it seemed it wasn't the original driver that was supposed to help me, it was someone else who said he's not supposed to work today and that he'd be there in 15min.
After 15min the original driver calls back and finally showed up after an HOUR and a HALF went by. I let the dispatchers know about this and asked if there's anything they could do for taking 3 times longer than quoted, she said "No we can't, I'm sorry". The driver was there and gone in 5 minutes which was ok, he had no excuse for being so late besides part of a road being closed off right where I lived and having to go around it, as if that would cause him to take an hour longer to get here.... I'm never calling these people again, definitely not worth $55 to wait for a very late driver who never even bothered to tell me they would be late and did 5 minutes of work.
At this point I'd be over 2 hours late for work if I tried going and I'd be considered absent.... Thank you pop-a-lock for costing me a day of pay in these hard times and not even try to do anything to make up for your horrible time quote and keeping me in the dark as to where the drivers were. I work in customer service and even I know that this was just pathetic.
