  • I've been a member of Nevada Federal CU for several years and when One Nevada took over I've had nothing but bad experience across the board. I've gone to several branches and there is no customer service whatsoever. They do not care about your money at all. My final straw was I deposited a check for $12k on mid November. The very next day that amount was deducted out of my savings. When I called to ask what was going on, they stated they needed more verification on who I am. WHO I AM? My full legal name consists of FOUR names, the check had my FIRST and LAST name and they kicked that check back. They said it will take 2-3 days for me to receive that check by mail. 3 WEEKS later... That check still has not arrived by mail. I finally put a stop order on it taking a $30 hit for the stop order and finally went with another financial institution. Now I'm just waiting for my work direct deposit and my One Nevada will be closed. DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT go with this so called Bank
