  • US Airways out of the Cleveland Airport has always been a solid, professional crew. I fly in and out of Cleveland every couple weeks, and there hasn't yet been a time where they have disappointed. People get upset about delays and cancellations, but don't realize that it's often NOT the airlines fault. And when these things happen, they don't just have to reaccommodate you, nor even an entire plateful of people (often over 200 people), but there are other flights affected on top of yours. It turns into a big mess very quickly. That being said, the US Airways agents here have always been very helpful and done a great job at communicating progress when things do happen. Just be nice, and they will be nice in return.
