  • There are so many issues and such a short space to write here. I have lived here 11 months and the water has been shut off several times and days. There have also been several instances of no hot water. Oh, and the power goes out a lot. I've had to call maintenance a handful of times and they take forever to do the smallest of things. I've now been without a dryer for 10 days. It needs to be replaced and even after I sent a video to the office indicating the horrendous sounds it was making and the fact it was smoking, they never responded. I have called 3 times to follow up. They are professional smoke-blowers! Not the greatest neighbors. Cops have been on site several times. Parking lots are dirty. People don't pick up after their pets and management does nothing. Think twice and look very very closely.
