A case study in systemic failure. It was obvious that systems did not function in a manor that allowed for efficient and effective delivery to Sunday breakfast crowds. A clear division between kitchen and wait staff was evident - as we sat at the bar and witnessed this first hand. This rift was clearly driven by the manager on duty who we listened to loudly bark orders at staff throughout our 20 minute wait for food.
