2 stars only for the view!!! A spontaneous decision in staying here. When we saw it online it looked great! The view was awesome. The rooms were comfy but the problem with this place is SERVICE. We had an issue with a loud vibrating noise in our room. Turns out there dryers were right next to us where they wash and dry their towels. We asked the lobby and he said he would "get an engineer" to look at it and that "they never had that complaint before". Ok. After 30 minutes nothing was done. I called the front desk and asked again and the guy said "please wait about 15-20 minutes until the load is done". He proceeded to say sorry about basically forgetting about our concern. 2nd night they switched our room, in the meantime we went to the pool because our room wasn't ready. We had a few drinks and enjoyed our time there. When it came to paying our bill they gave us a bill that wasn't ours. After getting a manager and two other staff members it was figured out. Once our room was ready we went to shower to get ready for dinner. Our shower literally was sprinkling out water... No pressure at all! We called and Theo had the odicity to tell us to go take a shower at the gym!!! Plus he said again "we have never had this complaint before" Are you serious? They don't accommodate like you are at a resort at all! My husband and I are not complainers. We are pretty simple people, but this was just ridiculous! For the amount of money we paid it was a joke! Pretty much that will be the last time we stay there. Service is important and if that is lacking.... Quite frankly all the other perks go down the drain. I hope they can get some proper service training, because this can effect their business overall.
