  • Have shopped at this store since it was located in a grimy old building on Bloor Street. Had been very pleased with service, price competitiveness and quality. Staff always friendly and knowledgeable. Now they have a shiny new store on yonge street. Went in today with the intention of buying some e juice and two pricey starter kits as gifts. Only one clerk was there and he could have not been more indifferent if he tried. Totally ignored me and kept looking after new customers who came in after me. When you're 6ft8 as I am and people don't see you, there's a problem.... I left the store and will never go back. Even after saying he should look after customers in the order they come in, he said it was my fault for not speaking up. After spending hundreds of dollars in this place, I will not go back. There is now too much competition to treat people with such a condescending attitude.
