| - I ate at this place just the other day for the first time after a co-worker told me she had eaten there for three days in a row. I told my fiancée, "Let's go to Rudy's" and so we did. It was a bit pricey for what we ordered. We each got the baby back ribs, two small sides, and two medium drinks. The total was a little over $25, but it was definitely worth it. The ribs were so peppery, a tad spicy, and had just the right amount of meat. My fiancée said the pinto beans were good, but after tasting my green chili stew, he made the comment that he should have ordered that. It's shredded pork, I believe, with green chili's, tomato, and many spices. I worked for six hours last night and my mouth kept watering just thinking about it. If I had a car, I'd be back ordering that stew. The sweet tea was sweet, but so refreshing since it's 110 outside.
