  • Absolutely do not use Roto-rooter! I had Roto-rooter come and re-pipe my home December of 2015. I had a pipe that came off in my laundry room from where they soldered it. Turns out the warranty is only for a year. I had to turn off the main and fix it myself. Just yesterday another part of the pipe came off the soldered part and water was everywhere. I had to turn off the main yet again. They didn't even install shut off valves and all my pipes are run under one main. I spent over $5000.00. Roto-rooter is a major company. They only care about your money and do shoddy work and run with your money!! It's a shame Yelp won't allow zero stars or negative stars!!
