| - And they're lucky to get two stars!
Let's start with the attitude of the so called "clerk" with her lies, and her "Don't give a f*** attitude"!
So I come in about 6:51pm on a Saturday night to do usual nine loads of laundry every two weeks. Upon arrival I notice the front door is open, always a bad sign in the Summer in Phoenix, but lo and behold the back door's open too. So in other words, I'm walking into an oven! It's 7:48pm now and still 103° outside!! Moving on. I load my nine loads into the triple loaders. I realize I need to purchase a card (which I already knew) but figured they would be able to give me a ten or two five dollar bills, like my regular place, Antonio's. But no, and i wasn't offered any other options. So, with clothes still unwashed in the washers, I drive to the store to get a ten or two fives, which I got...I drive back to coinless laundry mat and the machine says: card stuck see management. So I seek out the"manager" again and she tells me she'll be there in a minute. I'm thinking, I've already wasted too many minutes & gas to get this damn laundry done as it is! So, then she finally comes over to where I'm standing by the machine and she mumbles something unintelligible and then asks if I just want to buy a $10 card from her, and then I ask her how much the machines are (the prices on the machine but it's almost too small to read in the digital display!) She proceeds to give me the prices, and I'm like I need more like $20 then, so the clerk, manager, whatever her title is (more like incompetent boob!) Says I can purchase a $20 card directly from her with a debit card.. The entire time I'm thinking: Why didn't this B**** tell this twenty minutes ago, before i ran (drove to Safeway in 105+ degrees??) Anyway, here I am and I just got my clothes in the dryer and it's after 8pm.. The washers only run for twenty minutes --NOT ENOUGH TIME TO GET THREE LOADS OF CLOTHES CLEAN, AND THE DRYERS ONLY RUN FUR 28 MINUTES A CYCLE... This place is a RIP OFF?!!!
I came here because my usual WONDERFUL LAUNDROMAT, ANTONIO'S parking lot was packed, Now I know why... The employees are kind, accommodating, and helpful AND AVAILABLE!!! THEY always have change and have Great Attitudes!!!:-)~ I will NOT be back CLUELESS LAUNDRY!!!
P.S. they advertise Free Wi-Fi but when I asked for the password she pointed at the wall. I tried it and it wouldn't work. When I approached this lovely employee about the password not working, she said: "it's not working I guess" & then mumbled that it never works...hmm .. Then why does it show a very strong signal... This place is a complete disappointment!!!
The only thing I liked about this place was the fact that there was plenty of parking (bcuz nobody patronizes Sh***y places!)
